No job too small is a cliché
A $200 door repair for an agency is worth taking, because that is how an agency account opens. We will say so on the phone if a budget is clearly too low for the scope, rather than burn your afternoon on a site visit.
If a job sits outside our service area we will tell you and point you somewhere else. That is what protects the 24-hour commitment for everyone else.
